About a month ago, I embarked on a new journey. While still continuing to blog, be a mom, wife, and full-time career woman, I decided that I wanted to help people feel better about themselves and to gain healthy habits. I am now a health and fitness coach! This brand new direction I’m taking will not only help others, but myself too. I am a picky eater who still suffers from anxiety and depression. I’m someone who feels bad about how I look. Someone who looks on as her kids begin to take on her (MY) horrible eating habits. Not anymore. I am going to change myself. I already have. I shared this post (below) a few weeks ago on Facebook, but wanted to post it here as well. I am here for you as I grow stronger. As I conquer my demons. As I begin to eat better. Are you with me? Not much is going to change here on THE KATY blog, so don’t worry (I might change around some menu items a little to be easier to navigate). I am still giving author interviews, reviewing books, and geeking out about the latest Netflix show I binged (STRANGER THINGS REVIEW SOON). I want to add more inspirational posts if I can.
